Programs and Groups

1 on 1 Mentorship

Work with a mentor using the principles of Natural Lifemanship, an experimental approach that partners with horses to foster self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and respectful relationships. By working alongside animals in a calm, intentional setting, individuals learn to recognize their internal states, practice healthy boundaries, and develop trust in themselves and others. This work is relational, hands-on, and rooted in the belief that growth happens through connection rather an correction.

Individualized Adaptive and Social Skills

Individual sessions designed to provide personalized support for children with disabilities who benefit from one-on-one instruction or a reduced-stimulation environment. Through structured, intentional interactions with animals and consistent adult guidance, participants are supported in building independence, developing trust, and progressing at their won pace while experiencing success aligned with their unique strengths, needs, and learning profiles.

This program targets individualized goals including:

  • self-regulation

  • communication

  • confidence-building

  • executive functioning skills such as task initiation, planning, flexibility, and problem-solving

Group Social Skills Programming

Group-based sessions designed to support children with disabilities in developing social communication, cooperation, and peer interaction skills within a structured, supportive farm and equine-assisted environment. Small groups allow participants to practice turn-talking, joint attention, problem-solving, and perspective-taking through shared responsibilities and guided interactions with horses and farm animals. Predictable routines and clear expectations promote emotional regulation and peer encouragement, while the natural setting encourages authentic social experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging.

Healing Horses - 1 on 1 Sessions

An equine‑assisted program that offers a supportive and enriching experience where participants build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and strengthen their bodies—all through meaningful interaction with horses. Through guided riding sessions, individuals benefit from the natural, rhythmic movement that helps improve core strength and balance. Participants also learn essential horse‑husbandry skills such as grooming, feeding, and basic care, fostering responsibility and connection. As they work with the horses, they are encouraged to identify parallels within their own lives, promoting self-reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth. This holistic approach blends physical activity, emotional support, and hands‑on learning in a welcoming environment that empowers every participant to grow at their own pace.
